Greatest Need
Give a general gift and we will put it to our current greatest need, whether it is food for our orphans, classrooms for our academy, or medical care for an extreme case in our community. You can have confidence that your generous gift will make a difference.
Sponsor a Child
Commit to donating monthly to sponsor a child in our orphanage. Through our sponsorship program, the child receives a healthy diet, quality education, a warm place to sleep, monthly medical check-ups, and other necessities for maintaining proper hygiene such as a toothbrush and soap.
$45 per month will sponsor a primary school student
$75 per month will sponsor a high school student
$175 per month will sponsor a university student
Children's Home and Rehabilitation Center
You can also give generally to our Children's Home and Rehabilitation Center. This money will go to developing food sustainability through the purchasing of land as well as toward building new dormitories for our students. These are vital steps in ensuring that Christ Care Children's Home becomes a self-sustainable ministry.
$1 can feed one child for one day
$25 can purchase a new mattress
$500 can provide fertilizer for six months
$5000 can buy one acre of land
$15000 can build a new dormitory
Christ Care Academy
When you give toward our academy, you provide children with a healthy and appropriate learning environment. You provide classrooms that are approved by Kenya's Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Health as well as desks for the students to use. Right now many of our children do not have adequate space or privacy for learning. In fact our baby class (preschool) is taught underneath a tree.
$15 can provide seating for children in a classroom
$400 can plaster the classroom floor preventing jiggers
$2000 can build a new classroom
Sports Ministry
Help us reach people in Migori County with the Gospel of Jesus Christ through our sports ministry program. When you donate, you help us with transportation, sports goods, sound equipment, and everything necessary to host a successful tournament and outreach program.
Care Ministry
Provide emergency medical services or food for those with extreme cases in our community. Whether in the hospital or bedridden from an illness, we seek to provide care and love to everyone in our community. Your money will go toward the purchase of food, medications, and maintenance of our emergency vehicle, which has saved lives in our area.
Widows Ministry
Empower widows in our community by donating to our Widows Ministry. Your generous gift will go toward purchasing seeds and fertilizer to allow the women to be self-sustaining as well as equip them to learn and establish an income generating trade. More so, each of these women will be empowered with the Gospel of Jesus Christ and opportunities to stand up for their rights as well as fight the spread of HIV/AIDS.
Bible Seminary
Help meet the various financial needs of the college by donating to our Bible Seminary. We seek to train the best workers in every area of ministry: from supportive roles in help ministry to pulpit ministry and to send our workers into the world to further spread the Gospel and train up disciples. We cannot do this without your generous support!
